Three of the five

Thursday's cool store hour starts at five and has twelve places downstairs. A grower or a maker talks for ten minutes and answers whatever gets asked. It is free and it fills by Wednesday.
The Saturday grading bench is our version of a tournament: points and a chalked ladder. No entry fee, no prize money, nothing to claim.
Monday is deliberately quiet. The beginners' hour runs at six, eight seats, and after it the same people usually stay on and play badly and happily until close.
Thu 5pm
Cool store hour, twelve seats, free, ring to hold one.
Sat 4pm
Grading bench, open ladder, no stake of any kind.
Mon 6pm
Beginners' hour, eight seats, no experience needed.
